ipfw3 check-state doesn't work

Hmm... I'm running the latest master, so there shouldn't be any compilation errors.

Please follow the 'EXAMPLES' section in build(7) man page (http://mdoc.su/d/development )
to upgrade your system. (make sure you pulled the latest source with the fix)
