Where can I buy a Ryzen box?

They're mainly differentiated by the number of memory channels.  Ryzen has
2, Threadripper has 4, and EPYC has 8.  And secondarily whether there's a
GPU built-in or not... which is only the APUs (the G parts), and presumably
also the laptop 'U' parts that just came out.
