HAMMER1 still has several known bugs, and at least one of them (ENOSPC
issue) is hard to fix due to its design.
Also note that several features that were not written by Matt are
incomplete or unstable.

I agree with 10 years, but HAMMER1 isn't that huge in terms of code
size. It also has a quite simple design. It's about 30% or less than
the size of ZFS, Btrfs, or XFS(on Linux).
