Defensive chrome browser setup

Given the recent attacks, I am again going to suggest that people use a
defensive browser setup to run (e.g.) chrome. We have a wiki page for it:

I just recently added the additional suggestions of using the
--site-per-process option to chrome which separates sites into their own
processes. The process separation helps defend against the Spectre bug.
