Tips for developers via tip4commit

Hi,

It is now possible to reward developers directly for their  
contributions to DragonFly BSD. For that you can use the 'Tip4Commit'  
project which allows tips in form of Bitcoin. More information about  
Bitcoin at: https://bitcoin.org/

Basically every committer will receive 1% out of the 99% of the funds  
for each commit they make.

Note for the developers: You actually have to register on the  
tip4commit site with the email address you do your commits with, if  
you want the tips. If you don't register, you won't be able to  
accumulate those tips. In the past they used to send notifications  
even if you hand't signed up but now they don't.
