dhcpcd now in dfly - disabled by default, tests needed

Sure, no problem... I've just updated my system using your rcnet branch,
and so far it behaves well, ie. connectivity is configured and working on
system start. I've tested dhcpcd with no customization and also with
dhcpcd_flags="-b". In both cases network interfaces have been configured
properly. Just with no flags, it took notably longer, as dhcpcd was
probing both em0 (disconnected) and wlan0, and was waiting to get a lease.
With dhcpcd put in a background (-b), the system start is smooth, just
like with dhclient.

I'll continue to test (read: I'm gonna use the system in next few days,
including turning it on and off several times :)) and let you know if I hit
something unexpected.
