Kabylake NUC worked up w/ DragonFlyBSD

I personally use fvwm... a low overhead desktop with very few bells and
whistles.

2D graphics performance is very good. Video is ok... good enough for
watching youtube anyhow but don't expect perfect replay at high frame rates
or fast action scenes. I'd call it decent with a 1080P stream with or
without upscaling to 4K, and problematic at higher data rates. 3D... don't
know. glxgears runs fine but I certainly wouldn't game on a NUC :-).

For my use cases (tons of xterms and chrome windows, usually music playing,
sometimes video (windowed or full screen), I haven't noticed much of a
differences verses a full blown skylake desktop. The only real difference
that I noticed was that the NUC had a harder time decoding high-bandwidth
video streams.

glxgears (3D) performance, windowed:

GL_RENDERER   = Mesa DRI Intel(R) Iris Plus Graphics 640 (Kaby Lake GT3)
GL_VERSION    = 3.0 Mesa 17.1.5
GL_VENDOR = Intel Open Source Technology Center

39292 frames in 5.0 seconds = 7858.328 FPS (glxgears no arguments)
10726 frames in 5.0 seconds = 2145.162 FPS  (1024x1024)
1367 frames in 5.0 seconds = 273.210 FPS (3840x2160)

I might as well attach an image.
