Packages and dports update frequency

Dports generation is frozen until Rust is fixed.
I'm waiting for M. Neumann to update the port. I was told that would
happen 2 weeks ago so I don't know what the hold-up is.

Without a way to update rust easily, we'd have to drop firefox.
Frankly, based on Mozilla's decision to make it a requirement for
firefox coupled with their idiotic decisions regarding the requirement
of an exact fresh bootstrap *on every version*, I would be happen to
drop all mozilla products myself.

P.S. It's not just a one-time update. The maintenance of Rust has to
be sustainable and I'm not going to do it. I already tried and quit in
frustration.
