Packages and dports update frequency

I have successfully build all versions of Rust up to 1.18.0, but
there are some issues. When I build Rust, most of the time the
build will hang at some point in time, and it will never continue (it
just hangs). When I stop (Ctrl-C) and retry, I sometimes had success to
continue successfully with the build. This is the reason for the delay.

I am now trying different configurations. Today I disabled optimizations
and the build went through. I am trying again, maybe I just had a lucky
run. Probably it's best to upload all what I have to leaf, so other
people can try out.
