Support for an internal cellular modem

No, DragonFly doesn't have support for these modern cellular modems yet.
OpenBSD has a driver called "umb" which supports many recent cellular
modems connected via USB. It seems like the Huawei MU736 is actually a
USB device despite using the M.2 slot, so there is a reasonable chance
for the OpenBSD driver to work.

In the long run, there is a good chance that that driver will end up
being ported from OpenBSD to all the other BSDs, since it is quite
generic driver (most recent cellular modems support the MBIM protocol
that is used by OpenBSD's "umb" driver).
