DragonFly 4.6.2 tagged, built

DragonFly 4.6.2 is tagged, containing all the last commits to the 4.6
branch before 4.8 was rolled.  I've tagged it and built images which
should copy out to mirrors over the next 24 hours.

I'm not expecting anyone to move to this instead of 4.8, but this way
there's a 'final' image for the 4.6 series with all changes.

The tag message has all the changes between 4.6.1 and 4.6.2:
