git timeout cannot access git.dragonflybsd.org

was git.dragonflybsd.org recently reconfigured,it is down only for me, when I run 'git pull' from src directory, it times out with the following message:

fatal: unalbe to connect to git.dragonflybsd.org:
git.dragonflybsd.org[0: 199.233.90.72]: errno=Operation timed out
git.dragonflybsd.org[1: 2001:470:1:43b:1::72]: errno=No route to host

ran traceroute reached avalon.dragonflybsd.org [199.233.90.72] in 12 hops with 
23.782ms 21.929ms 22.574ms
