wireshark builds on pkgbox64, how?

The source (/usr/dports) is always newer than binary packages. The
binary packages are simply provided for convenience. In this case, the
2.0.4 package hasn't been built yet, so your options are use 2.0.3 if
you want prebuilt-packages, or build 2.0.4 from dports sources (using
Synth is recommended in this case).
