Recent kernel changes crashing with X (Radeon HD 6310)

I had to modify the generic drm code to make the drm/i915 update to 
Linux 3.14 succeed.

The radeon driver is most likely unhappy about some part of these 
changes; I'll try to investigate the problem during the next few days.
