CFT: i915 driver update to Linux 3.10

Hi,

An update to the Linux 3.10 version of the drm/i915 kernel driver
is almost ready to be pushed.

The code has only been tested on Haswell and Ivy-Bridge GPUs so far
though, and I would be more comfortable pushing it if some volonteers
could confirm it still works fine on other models.

It requires today's version of -master.
