SNMP

I am trying to understand what is the best recommended way of using SNMP
on DF. The first question I have is related to SNMP daemon itself. I see
that DF (current snapshot) doesn't come with SNMP daemon. Is net-snmp
the only available daemon in DF? The reason I am asking is that FreeBSD
has its own native daemon bsnmpd and OpenBSD has also its own native
monolithic snmp daemon. 

Has anybody done any hacking on DragonFly specific MIBs (for net-snmp
for example)?
