DragonFlyBSD.org gets SANCTIONED .RU

Dear users@,

It has come to my attention that DragonFlyBSD.org has been sanctioned today.

It has been sanctioned in the category of an OS without the flies.  
Does anyone know what it means?

Some other sites sanctioned together with DragonFlyBSD.org include 
FreeBSD.org for just serving, 
NetBSD.org for toasting, 
OpenBSD.org for desktopping and 
nginx.org for an engine with an X (not sure what that means, anyone?).
