Clang++ 3.6 and g++ (4.7.2) cannot find std::stoll

About a month maybe.  It has not been announced but that would be my guess.

DragonFly is easy to update though.  Takes less than 30 minutes building
from source, and all the packages are already built.  The dev branch
seems to be pretty solid too.
