DFBSD load balancer and Gateway

Recent FreeBSD and DragonFly are using the same tool, pkg, and
DragonFly's binary package archive is in my limited comparison more
complete than FreeBSD's, so I am surprised to have it work one place
and not the other.

Can you describe what the failure was?  'pkg install apache24' and
'pkg install mod_php5' (typed without checking) should have been
enough, barring a line in the apache config to load PHP.
