*Hi,*

*Looks like that pfsense sales is approaching you :)*

*the "forward round-robin" is new feature in ipfw3. Sorry currently we are
short of detail example documentations. **I 've a friend in Tokyo, A
Japanese whom is also named Sato, helping me in testing this ipfw3, he is
quite familiar with this. I can give his contact to you if it is needed.*

*And here is a simple example:*
*usage:*
*       ipfw3 add forward 1.1.1.1:80 <http://1.1.1.1:80>,2.2.2.2:80
<http://2.2.2.2:80> round-robin tcp from 10.10.0.0/24 <http://10.10.0.0/24>*

*this means if the traffic is from 10.10.0./24 <http://10.10.0./24>. this
rule will foward the traffic to 1.1.1.1:80 <http://1.1.1.1:80> or
2.2.2.2:80 <http://2.2.2.2:80> in round-robin. it is the enhanced version
of fwd in ipfw. it can accept multiple destination ip addresses after the
keyword "forward", and you can use "round-robin" or "sticky". so it can do
the same trick as in PF, *

*How did you do the load-balancing by using PF, same concept in ipfw3.*

*Regards,*
*Bill Yuan  *
