src-sys.tar.bz2 not seen in /mnt/usr

You seem to be saying you don't see the tarball in /mnt/usr so you
won't bother mounting the CDRom.  If that's correct, you have it in
reverse.  You won't see that file there _until_ you mount the CDRom at
/mnt.
