pig-bootstrap or pig-bootstrap-force ?

If people running 3.6 need to get pkgng running right
They need to only

1. rm /usr/local/etc/pkg.conf

2. cd /usr/local/etc/pkg/repos && mv df-latest.conf.sample df-latest.conf

and make dports-update
