FYI, I confirm the page has now been modified to be incorrect.  For example:

> To bootstrap pkgng with a download on a very old version of DragonFly that is still using pkgsrc run:
> # make pkg-bootstrap
> # rehash
> # pkg-static install -y pkg
> # rehash

That is exactly wrong.  That's the procedure for every version on DF if
pkg is not already on the system.
