DragonFly 3.8 released!

I've built DragonFly 3.8.0, and iso/img files are uploaded to
mirror-master.  The release page is here:

Enjoy!  I manage to miss at least one important step with every release,
and I haven't identified what that is for 3.8... so tell me if there's
