progress on mini-roadmap

Hi all,

I've migrated most of the pending points in the "mini roadmap" to
Redmine Roadmaps related to version 3.8.0 (we're not even sure that
will be next release but okay).

http://bugs.dragonflybsd.org/versions/4

I might have forgotten to assign issues to the correct people or
updated the tickets appropriately. Please anyone that detects any
error on it, it's welcome to fix it.

Thanks,
Antonio Huete
