polling opinions: how much QT3/KDE3.5 to preserve in dports this July?

Is there a reason someone using 3.5 couldn't upgrade to 4 other than
personal preference?  Otherwise, yeah, ditch them.  We don't need
extra work if it's not helping anyone.
