laptop keyboard not working past bios

Greetings fellow users,

The latest release on my Thinkpad X131e AMD only is working with usb keyboards. The mice are working, and they use ps2 internally. I believe the keyboard also uses ps2 internally. Works in win7 and linux 3.8. 

I rebuilt kernel with:
options KBD_MAXWAIT=20
options KBD_RESETDELAY=1000

And that didn't help any. I am not sure what to try next. I have posted my dmesg log:
