dragonflybsd.org appears to be down

Hi,


I still cannot  access Dragonflybsd.org site normally without the use of 
an anon add-on to firefox and
access is limited. I ran a trace from a network-tools site and it 
passed. I decided to run a blacklisted test from
http://www.blacklistalert.org  ,and  others site like and they show 
dragonflybsd.org (69.163.100.196) is listed in backscatter.org.
Could this be blocking me., probably others from access dragonflybsd.org.
