    I can access other sites except dragonflybsd.org. I
   disabled the modem's built in firewall, still could not access the
   site
   then I tried pinging it, just hangs: 

       bash-4.2$  ping www.dragonflybsd.org
       PING leaf.dragonflybsd.org (69.163.100.196): 56 data bytes
