dports binary packages

Now that there are official DragonFly-3.4 dports binary packages,
pkg.wolfpond.org has become a full-featured mirror.

PACKAGESITE can be set to
    http://pkg.wolfpond.org/${ABI}/LATEST
for the latest packages or to
    http://pkg.wolfpond.org/${ABI}/RELEASE
for the ones initially created for the release, without any update.

Both x86:32 and x86:64 packages are available.
