First a question: Do you have uaudio_load in /boot/loader.conf? If so,  
please remove it (see below).

Generally, do 'call dumpsys' at the 'db>' prompt to save the crash dump.  
It should count down some numbers. Then you can 'reset'. Upon the next  
boot, it will save it to /var/crash.

However, since you say 'boot time', I'm not sure if the dump can be taken  
at this point already. Can you instead boot without any uaudio loading  
 from loader.conf and do 'kldload uaudio' from the running system and save  
the dump then?
