Gnome developers are currently busy making their software dependent on
systemd-specific interfaces:

As such, Gnome will probably only run on only a few select Linux distributions
in the near future.
IMHO, it's clear these people don't want any users and the Gnome project
is dead.
We should not waste our time and focus on other projects instead.
