How is DragonFly a "hybrid" kernel?

Hi,

I was just reading the DragonFly wikipedi page on which it says the kernel
type is "hybrid", but Im not aware of any userland drivers or services
that it provides. Can someone please summerize the microkernel features
used in DragonFly that makes the kernel "hybrid"?

Second question, what would be involved in making for example a "sound
server", where audio drivers etc are migrated into a userland server? Is
there a message passing interface ready that could be used for that?

Cheers,
Petr
