DragonFly 3.0.2 released

3.0.2 is tagged and released.  Images for 3.0.2 are also out, and
should be at most mirrors by now.

The major difference between 3.0.1 and 3.0.2 is I/O APIC is disabled
by default when running DragonFly in a virtual machine; some people
had booting issues with that on.
