Live-USB stick

Hello,
I made several attempts to create Live-USB DFLY installation
and failed.
particularly,
I can not figure out how to use the distribution-image properly.

i have
dfly-x86_64-gui-3.2.1_REL.img.bz2
unbzipped
dfly-x86_64-gui-3.2.1_REL.img

and then i use "DD FOR WINDOWS"

dd --unmount=g: bs=512k if=dfly-x86_64-gui-3.2.1_REL.img 
of=\\?\Device\Harddisk1\DP(1)0-0+9

once operation is complete there is NO Filesystem on the flash-drive at all.

what am i doing wroing?
