Freeze for pkgsrc-2011Q2 starting June 19th, 17:00 UTC

Hi folks,

I'd had hoped to be able to get Minix3 support into 2011Q2, but I
think we've run out of time, and so we're going to go ahead and start
the freeze in preparation for pkgsrc-2011Q2 on Sunday June 19th at
17:00 UTC.

If anyone has cycles, there are still around 60 packages to
DESTDIR-ise, and the bulk builds show some room for improvement (and
thanks for the DF bulk build results).  If anyone can help out with
these, it would be most appreciated.
