Are you trying to install DragonFly, or are you trying to install something 
called ipf on a computer that already has DragonFly installed? If the latter, 
there are three matching packages:
gipfel-0.3.2nb4      Photogrammetry For Mountain Images
p5-Geo-IPfree-1.100470  Gets country name by IP or hostname
wbm-ipfilter-1.470   Webmin module for IPFilter configuration
