Hi William. Are you using the hammer filesystem?  I have seen the debug screen in virtualbox when using hammer fs, you might want to try ufs.  If not I can probably send you my config for virtualbox with dragonflybsd running on windows 7. As mentioned, my aim was to use the ISO as a install CD.  Was that a false presumption?I know about he MS virtualisation.   It is a buy-out of someone (vmware?) .. I want to rely on an open source option.  (I'll gracefully side-step the oracle thing.  You may note that LibreOffice has taken the OpenOffice repository 'away' from Oracle? for example).I'm not in that much of a hurry.  I can wait on a stable dragonfly that is virtualbox or successor /alternative friendly.
