Loading ehci did not help, but that does not matter. Thanks for your help
and apologies for the noise.
No, these tips only works around the bug, but don't fix it. And a bug it 
is (panic == bug).

Please file a bug report by either posting on bugs@ or going to 
http://bugs.dragonflybsd.org. Include a backtrace or a photo thereof 
(type 't' at the 'db>' prompt when the panic occurs).
