make buildworld fails

Hi,

I did a git pull in /usr/src  today and tried 'make buildworld' but it
stops with the following error

 PATH_TCSHELL='"/bin/csh"'   -Wsystem-headers -Wall -Wno-uninitialized
-c /usr/src/bin/csh/../../contrib/tcsh-6/sh.glob.c
cc1: error: .: Socket is not connected
Assembler messages:
FATAL: can't create sh.glob.o: Socket is not connected

Stop in /usr/src/bin/csh.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src.
*** Error code 1

Stop in /usr/src.
dfly-bkpsrv# pwd
/usr/src

What could be the trouble?
