Update removes custom lines from rc.shutdown

Try using /etc/rc.shutdown.local and set local_enable=YES in /etc/rc.conf
(see /etc/rc.d/local).

I will update /etc/rc.shutdown and rc(8) to point this out.

Files users are meant to change aren't changed by update.
