A better way to upgrade packages

The www.dragonflybsd.org site is a wiki; you can add your own experience
to the page, if you want to/have time.  If you aren't very comfortable
with writing English, I or someone else here can fix grammar issues.  (I'm
more interested in having additional contributors than anything else.)
