Reminder - Google Summer of Code student applications starting

The application form for students in the Google Summer of Code project
goes online on the 24th, which is about 15 hours from now.  They must be
completed by the 31st.

If you are a student who wants to apply for a suggested project or one of
your own ideas, please start talking with a mentor if you have not
already.
