HAMMER fullness issue

:When a HAMMER FS gets full, any file being tried to be written gets
:empty. Is there anything that I can do about this, or is
:this a feature, or a bug?

    Ugh. That's an undesired side effect.  I'll change the space check
    so creates use the same slop calculation as writes.
