How to rebuild LiveCD

/usr/src/nrelease is the directory you need.  'make fetch' and 'make
installer_release' are the commands you issue, and you'll make an ISO, as
I recall.  You will need to package up the applications you want on the
install CD and put them in the appropriate place to get them included.
