Ruby crash on DragonFly

Ok it seems to be DF specific as in FreeBSD loading Zones from the view
works just fine in all cases.

ok now the interesting thing is, if i put the code into a partial it
crashes with both cgi and fcgid, but in plain view(without partial or
component) it crashes only with fcgid. i guess its not related to fcgid,
but it maybe just causes it to crash more often.
