lsdvd won't work on DF 1.8

. .. Having posted the last message, I was wondering if FreeBSD has ever
been able to read from arbitrary byte offset from a device file.
Then I found a patch in FreeBSD ports:

We need the similar fix in pkgsrc too.  I'm not sure if it applies
to NetBSD.
