Warning, objcache(cluster mbuf): Exhausted!

The problem is Squid that seems to eat up all available resources, and
results even in a hangup. This was not the case before updating to
RELEASE. I'll pull the latest changes, rebuild world & kernel then
rebuild Squid (it's been updated in pkgsrc yesterday) to see if it
helps.
