It'd probably be associated with the various firewalls.  Looking for
something like this with pf would probably be your best bet, I think.

Layer 7 equipment is resource intensive, so it's a lot easier to find as
hardware than software, especially if you want to process any sizable
amount of bandwidth, in my experience.
