HEADS UP: obsolete kernel options removed

Hi,

I've removed some obsolete kernel configuration options from the system.

If you're tracking HEAD, please check your configuration files and 
remove any of those options in there. If you derived your config file 
from GENERIC, the most likely candidates will be INVARIANT_SUPPORT and 
CD9660_ROOT.

If you're using MFS_ROOT or MFS_ROOT_SIZE (which are deprecated), please 
use MD_ROOT and MD_ROOT_SIZE instead.
